Shopping at RUST

Prices are as marked on each item’s tag, in whole dollars. A 5% discount applies when the entire purchase is paid in cash. Indiana sales tax is added unless you provide a valid exemption certificate. All sales are final unless a staff member agrees otherwise in writing on your receipt.

Many items are antiques or vintage pieces sold as-is. Descriptions that begin with “believed to be” are our best judgment, not a guarantee of age, maker or origin.

SMS Terms

RUST – Art & Antiques runs two separate text programs. Each has its own opt-in, and agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other.

1. Purchase texts

Brand: RUST – Art & Antiques.

What you’ll get: texts about your purchase only: a link to add your details for your receipt, your receipt, and a link to review your visit. No marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in: by giving your mobile number to a staff member at checkout after hearing our texting notice (see Texts about your purchase).

Message frequency varies (usually 1–3 messages per purchase). Message and data rates may apply.

2. News texts (separate sign-up)

What you’ll get: news about new arrivals and events, about once a month.

How you opt in: only by signing up in writing on our Get RUST texts page or by checking the separate news box on our customer details form. It is never part of the purchase texts consent.

Message frequency: about monthly. Message and data rates may apply.

For both programs

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

RUST does not charge for texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties; see our Privacy Policy.
